Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits is a new restaurant
concept conceived of and created by Bill Allen
and Paul Fleming, two restaurant entrepreneurs
with a long history of success in the business.
This well esteemed duo (who also founded Fleming's
Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar) sought to create
a new kind of dining experience for people who
are passionate about high-quality seafood. They wanted to
create a destination that would not only serve
exceedingly high quality seafood, but elevate
the spirit as well.
As a result, everything about the ambiance at
Blue Coral is designed to lighten and heighten
your mood. From the whimsical swirls of blue embedded
into the entryway floors, to the light dancing
upon the iridescent mosaic walls... the sensation
caused by the combination of exquisite and creative
design elements tells you this will be no ordinary
evening.
Naturally, the food will also delight the senses.
The seafood on the menu is among the finest in
the world, sourced to highly customized and exacting
standards. Each innovative recipe has been created
to showcase its pristine quality. The fresh seafood
gleams on the plate, accented by flavors that
highlight the natural wonder of each species.
At the bar, a stunning back-lit, blue "Wall
of Vodkas" offers a selection of 60 vodkas
from around the world. The drink menu is every
bit as fresh and exciting as the food. With 14
specialty, hand-stirred martinis, 31 original
cocktails, vodka flights, fruit infusions, and
60 wines by the glass, cocktail hour at Blue Coral
will most assuredly become a celebratory event
of its own.
It is the founders' hope that the dining experience
at Blue Coral will be as rare and wonderful as
the Blue Coral found in the magical depths of
the sea.
